Linda Mardi
Linda is Co-Founder and President of AuctionFirst Inc. and President of
AuctionFirst Central Texas, Inc. She is a licensed attorney,
auctioneer and Realtor. She has extensive business development experience
and has been involved in four successful start-ups including two national
companies. Her corporate experience includes over 15 years as chief negotiator
of global technology acquisitions and licensing for several Fortune 100 companies.
She holds a Juris Doctor Degree along with B.A. and M.A. degrees.

Sarah Sonke
Sarah is Co-founder and Vice-President of AuctionFirst Inc.
She heads up business development for AuctionFirst projects on the East
Coast and is President of AuctionFirst North Carolina, Inc. and AuctionFirst
Virginia, Inc. Her background includes business development and management,
international marketing, web development and real estate investing. She holds a
B.A degree from the University of Richmond.

Susan Deitz
Susan handles auction sales throughout North Carolina and is based in the Raleigh office.
She has over 20 years of background in the real estate industry as an investor with
specialized experience in lease options, pre-foreclosures and auctions.
Her previous career was in the healthcare industry and she holds both M.A.
and Ed.S degrees.
